Hat man in Charleston SC
If you’ve ever walked around the historical section of Charleston, SC you may’ve run into Hat Man. He was discovered on a side of a building when they were removing layers of paint and opted to keep him there. Every part of him is a different type of hat.
Thought he was really cool and great piece of history.
