Wow! Good customer service does exist!
Wow I almost didn’t know how to react when the friendly personable girl spoke on the other end of my phone today! And, she spoke English and I could actually hear and understand her! What a great surprise!
I had to call T-Mobile regarding my cell phone bills and she resolved an issue with them, combined the two phone bills together and even told me what each charge was for!
And, that in itself was time consuming seeing how apparently my daughter has downloaded wall papers, and ring tones and the such! This customer service rep told me each and every charge and what it was for!
And, even asked if there was anything else she could do for me, thanked me for being a T-Mobile customer and advised me to have a great day!
Wow, now I feel better forking out the $257 for the last 2 months cell phone bills for 2 phones! LOL
I’d have been really upset with having to pay AND dealing with someone I couldn’t understand or was rude.

Since it was a phone company you were dealing with, I’d be pretty amazed to! For some reason phone companies in general have a HORRIBLE track record when it comes to customer service. I’ve fought with too many to count, and it’s just frustrating.
On the flip side, my credit card company has EXCELLENT customer service for some reason. Go figure!
